Ganesha drinking milk again

Post by worldpeace »

This is the second time this event is happening. Last time it happened on september 95. Then I myself gave milk to an idol of Ganesha and was very much surprised to see it drink the milk!!! But accepted the scientific explanation(porous and atmospheric pressure) given for that.

Videos available on the site : http://www.milkmiracle.com/. What are the BK's and PBK's views on this?

As far as I know, Jagadish Bhai is remembered in Bhakthi as Ganesha. Ganesha Symbolism - ganesha.gif. In some of the pictures of Ganesh, a snake is show to be tied in his belly, which symbolises that he has conquered Maya. Hindu Mythology has its own explanation - ganesh-chaturthi.html.

I understood that his was a special role, as he was the one who wrote Mahabaratha as Vyas, Ramayana as Valmiki and so his role in the Confluence Age as a Brahmin was to correct all of them (source : BK brother).

I just keep wondering, what a mammoth faith he should have had on Baba inspite of his vast knowledge, research and analytic mind which would have made anybody get out of the BK system. The little bit I followed his through his speeches and writings showed that he was more concerned about Pratyakshatha (revelation) than anybody else. Baba Himself declared that he was Mayajeeth and garlanded him (just a year before he passed away) and asked him to do the Ganesha dance too.

I would like to know how much does this relate the miracle event of Ganesha drinking milk. And more deties are accpting milk this time :). Any big plans/events of BK would be informed to and blessed by Jagadish Bhai ... as he is the Destroyer of Obstacles (In Indian mythology, Ganesha is the destroyer of obstacles).

I remember being told by a bk that it was generally assumed that in a previous birth Jagdish had been responsible for writing a lot of the Hindu scriptures. He then went onto say, in a somewhat tongue in cheek manner, that this is why the scriptures were in such a bad state (bloated and exagerated). I think this may have been a direct reference to the infamous 'World Cycle Drama' book that Jagdish had written.

Made me laugh anyway.

If the milk is absorbed what happens to it. I mean there was an awful lot of people feeding the idols.

Funny how the agnostic became a believer after seeing this, it's almost like people want to believe but need a sign ... errrrr any sign

Cheesey statues I should think. The place must stink two days afterwards when the journalist have left.

Come on India, we know that you can rise to greater miracles; like women's rights and literacy rates to match the Communist Kerala! And as we sit here typing, remember, there are 1 Billion of them untouched by the miracle of the internet.
