Effort can be different to get complete stage because all human's physical and mentally status is different. We do effort according to our physical & mental status.
I think,according to current status of Yagya, there are no way to get complete stage.

Imo, 16 kalaa is for Devtas (first generation of Satyug) and complete Karmatit Stage is for Farishtas in Sangamyug who have identified the yatharth roop of God-Shiva (Maa Adi-shakti.)

Imo....karmatit awastha and complete Farishta stage is same.....the stage of Devtas(16 kalaa sampoorna) is lower than that of Bap-samaan Farishta-stage( angelic stage)...one has to understand the difference between Farishta and Devta to understand the Gyan fully.....so far BKs-PBKs do not understand which souls will become Devta and which souls will become Farishta in Sangamyug !!

ShivBaba through Baba Virendra Dev Dixit says that angels are not worshipped in the temples. It is the souls whose body as well as the soul becomes pure are worshipped as complete deities. Shivsena and his followers aim to become just angels who have either left the body like Om Radhey Mama. But the aim of the PBKs is to purify the soul as well as the body to become complete deities who are worshipped in the temples. The souls like Brahma and Saraswati who are in their subtle body now will get birth from the above complete deities and then acquire a pure body.

While in their corporeal bodies, they were incomplete, and become complete ONLY when they achieve the status of Angels. So what should be worshiped, an incomplete form or a complete form???
Thus Virendra Dev Dixit's statement is COMPLETELY false, misleading, mala fide and not based on the stage of being 'Trikaldarshi' or Knower of the Three aspects of Time!
