Humility enables one to serve others.

Expression:

The one who is humble is the one who is complete and full. So just like a tree which is laden with fruit, bowing down and offering all it has humbly, the one who is full is ready for service. He is available for others to take benefit from whatever resources are there with him. This humility earns respect from others and gives happiness to all.

Experience:

When I am able to bow down with the awareness of what I have, I am fully in the stage of my self-respect. The more I am able to bow, the more others also bow down with regard to me and respect my fortune. This enables me to be a giver to those around me and experience contentment constantly.

To accept advice is to ensure self-progress.

Expression:

The natural state of the self is to ensure progress. Everything that is done by the self is for its progress. But the one who rejects advice rejects the progress of the self. To accept advice means to take the chance for whatever benefit that comes my way.

Experience:

When someone corrects me or gives me an advice or suggestion, if I accept it in the right spirit, I'll constantly learn from it. This will enable me to experience constant progress. I am also naturally able to give regard to everyone I come into contact with and remain in constant happiness.

Faith in one's progress brings contentment.

Expression:

Even when the situation is not according to what is expected, there is contentment for the one who has faith in his own progress.
Such a person will not just sit back waiting for things to change nor will he just curse his fate.
Instead he'll do his best and use all his resources in bettering the situation.

Experience:

The understanding that all life's situations are a training for me, automatically keeps me content in all situations.
There is naturally an experience of constant progress and a feeling of having gained something from all situations.

The ones who are constantly happy are truly fortunate.

Expression:

Whatever the kind of situations needed to be faced, whoever the people and the different kind of personalities they come into contact with, the ones who are fortunate constantly enjoy. They also continue to take benefit and bring benefit to others too. Their fortune lies in their ability to perceive the positive aspect in everything and take benefit accordingly.

Experience:

When I am able to be happy under all circumstances, I am able to make the best use of whatever I have with me. I then find myself full of all resources. I don't think of what I don't have but I am aware of and make the best use of what I have. So I find myself to be always lucky. I constantly move forward.

To be a well wisher means to think of changing first.

Expression:

Being a well wisher just doesn't mean wishing others well. It also means having good wishes for the self and having the pure desire to bring about a change for the better in the self. So whatever the kind of situations, instead of just judging others and what they need to change, the one who is a well-wisher constantly brings about transformation in the self.

Experience:

For having worked on myself under all circumstances and having used every situation as a chance for self-progress, I constantly enjoy every thing that comes my way. I have no expectations, but just think of benefit for others and myself. I then never find any situation to be an obstacle, but use it as a step for progress.

Humility brings excellence

Expression:

Humility means there is no expectation of being perfect always. So whatever is done comes naturally. There is no feeling of threat about others' opinion, but the one who is humble is able to express inner talent without any fear and expectations. So humility takes one forward towards excellence:

Experience:

When I am humble, I am able to stabilise myself in my state of self-respect always. This naturally is felt even when I am not able to bring perfection in my actions or even when others are not satisfied with me. Internally there is a feeling of satisfaction, knowing that I am constantly learning and moving forward.

Obedience takes one towards the right direction.

Expression:

Obedience means understanding everything that comes one's way and allowing it to guide life in the right way - because nothing comes without a reason. An obedient mind is able to see the positive aspect and understand why there is that kind of a situation and humbly allows the situation to do its work.

Experience:

When I am obedient I am able to remain content and positive. I am not disheartened by low situations but understand that every low situation pushes me upward with greater force. So I enjoy being obedient and easy under all circumstances, yet being powerful within.

A powerful stage is like a switch which finishes darkness of negativity in a second.

Expression:

Darkness is dispelled when a light is switched on. Similarly, a powerful stage is also a light switch. When this switch is on, one
can put an end to all wasteful darkness and no longer have to labour to stop any wasteful thoughts. By becoming powerful, one
can naturally become a donor, as there is nothing waste within.

Experience:

When I am aware of my positive qualities and what I can contribute to others, I am able to be powerful. This naturally enables me to
be light and spread the inner light to others. I am never influenced negatively with any kind of waste or negative, but am
always able to maintain my own positivity and that of others too.

The right solution is found by the mind which is free from worry.

Expression:

No matter how hard one worries about a problem, there can be no solution found. When the mind is free from worry, it is able to be
calm. Then there will be no struggle but very naturally the right decision is made, which would be for the benefit of the self and
that of others too. On the contrary, a mind that is worried would make decisions that are harmful, even after a lot of thinking and
rethinking.

Experience:

When I keep the mind free from worry in the most difficult situation, I am able to experience inner calm, inspite of the outer
disturbance, because there is no disturbance in my natural thinking process. There is a lot of peace within, which enables me to be
free from negative feelings for everyone. I also naturally have good wishes for myself and others, so whatever I do would be for
everyone's benefit.

The one who understands God's love is himself loving too.

Expression:

The one who understands that God has love for all children, never hates anyone, however negative the other person's charactersitics
might be. There is the understanding that it is not the person who is negative, but it is only a negative quality working within that
person at that time. A loving person's love discourages the other person to use the negativity and encourages to use the positive
qualities instead.

Experience:

When I am connected with God, I am able to experience His love. Once I understand and experience His love, I am able to remain
loving too - even with the most difficult people. I am then able to have good wishes for all, understanding that my love will make
them positive too. I am never caught up with anyone's negativity, but am always happy as I only interact with positivity.

Cleanliness of the intellect brings accurate decision making.

Expression:

When the intellect is not clear, it is constantly wandering and it becomes tired. A tired intellect is not able to concentrate
properly and so whatever decisions are made at that time are not so accurate. When there is cleanliness within there are no waste or negative thoughts and the entire thought power is used in the right way and so the right decisions are made.

Experience:

When I am clean within, I am able to experience lightness. Because I am clean and clear within, I find that I do not have any conflict or difficulty in making decisions. Instead I will be able to find the flow of thoughts moving in the right direction very naturally.
So I find things also moving in the right direction.

Simplicity enables one to become an example.

Expression:

Simplicity is free from the complications of waste questions, doubts and expectations. The one who is simple is naturally
accurate and inspiring in his actions. He is able to understand the demands of the environment and mould himself accordingly, so he himself has no demands. And he is able to move forward to his satisfaction.

Experience:

When I am simple in my thoughts, I am also able to be simple in my responses to the outer environment i.e., to both situations and
people. So internally I am able to remain content. This contentment further brings newness and creativity in the way I
respond to situations, and I naturally experience further progress.

To be elevated is to perform every task with understanding.

Expression:

To understand means to know what to do. So the one who understands and performs the task with this understanding surely performs only elevated tasks. No task is negative, or waste. Nor are actions ordinary, but each and every action is special because there is clear understanding. Others too get inspiration from such actions.

Experience:

When there is clear understanding of what I have to do, I am able to do what is right. So in this process, I find that there is a lot
of time and energy saved and I am able to move forward very easily. I find that I am able to use my speciality in the right way
bringing benefit to myself and others.

The best way to progress is to gain good wishes and blessings from others.

Expression:

For the one who earns the blessings of others at every step, there is easy success. There is positivity and speciality revealed in
every action and benefit for the self and others. Even the most difficult circumstances, don't deter such a person, but he has the
power and the courage to move on. So there is constant progress, whatever the situations may be.

Experience:

When I am able to take good wishes from those around me, I am able to experience being obstacle-free. I am able to move forward with ease under all circumstances. Even in the most difficult situations, I am able to take the benefit from those around me, for
others are willing to provide support at the right time, because my actions have earned good wishes from others.

Success comes through maintaining self-respect.

Expression:

Where there is self-respect, there is naturally a stable state of mind, even in the most challenging and difficult times. This in
turn brings right judgement at all times, which allows discrimination between right and wrong. Right judgement leads to
right actions. So there is constant success for such a person.

Experience:

Self-respect is the state of mind where I am able to appreciate my own uniqueness and give regard to myself. When I am able to be in my stage of self-respect, I am able to be stable in all situations. This seat of internal stability keeps me light and easy under all circumstances. I am also able to experience constant success even in the most difficult and challenging times.
