More or less 4 years. I had never "Cleaned house", since I left; just started since finding this site. Its only now that I am seeing how much the BK experience has affected me unconsciously.
Previously I just made my decision, and moved on putting the whole BK thing aside and tried not to look back too often. This was not to my benefit, but in part it was because I feared I was making a huge mistake.
