Legal action to be taken against the BKs

We all should take collective legal action against the BKs. There is a group on FB by the name, 'Exposing Brahmakumaris - their real gruesome face', which is planning to take legal action against them. Kindly join and support this group. Get the best lawyers and other highly powerful people within the media, politics, Hindu Sanatan Dharma, etc., to support this cause and get them finished asap.

How did you get associated with the BKs in the first place?
In what way are you connected to them presently?
How exactly are you adversely affected by their philosophy?

It may interest you and even disappoint you to learn that the trustees and IT department of "Brahma Kumaris UK" filed a complaint against our website www.brahma-kumaris.com and taken over the domain, along with 10 other domains. They proved their "trademark copyright" for the words "Brahma Kumaris" , "Murli" and "BK". It was shocking to see that they actually put a "trademark" on the word "Murli", which is God's teachings.

They reported the use of their organisation's name in running a website is "illegal", which is NOT as far as it abides with UDPR rules saying that anyone can run a website say for an organisation as far as their intention is merely to "represent" the information, ideas and services of organisation without a greed of earning a financial or otherwise profit.

All our websites are created with a day and night effort (since June 2017) with a selfless noble intention of spreading Shiv Baba's message and also giving sustenance to BK souls through internet services. In fact, our main website was the most used BK website as seen in April 2020.

While this was happening, I was constantly explaining the noble cause of our websites, and the initiative itself; and that we are not trying to claim an "official" tag and nor gaining any financial profit from it. But no one listened. When you phone them, none of them takes a responsibility. Little do they realise the importance of our main website in spreading God's message and also representing the organisation accurately in the right light. All they understand is money, trademark and whether who owns the website. Whereas our websites are operated under "Shiv Baba Services Initiative" and not claiming as "Brahma Kumaris". This is condition of souls who are made "trustee" of organisation!

But in anyway, we then have decided to permanently move to a new domain address, which they cannot attack and theft on the name of "trademark rights". The NEW DOMAIN for our main website is https://www.shivbabas.org or www.shivbabas.com (on the name of SHIV BABA)

We were under the impression that your website was Official, with appropriate permissions from the MAIN BKWSU Organization, at Mt. Abu. It now appears that this was NOT the case???

We would appreciate your proper introduction, with brief history and background, to which Organization you are affiliated with - and the reasons why you are NOT able to deal congenially with the MAIN BKWSU Organization, at Mt.
