I agree ... we should see more of the positive side of every situation, for our own benefit. BK Organizations have their flaws but we have to move forward to a cleaner space in our hearts and not keep stuck in the past and so many why's and who's ... :lol:. To me, this forum has always been positive ... as Abek posted all of those questions not answered when we were more connected with the 'BK Organization', now we can express freely and POSITIVE RESULTS WILL COME OUT, BECAUSE WE ARE NOT JUDGING OR PUNISHING OR THREATING anyone here ... I agree ... one of the resons I left, so many people not BKs around me were much happier, sweeter and lighter in their hearts and did not practiced Raja Yoga ... something was wrong ... why go through pain if REAL God is in front of you ??? Now to me a spiritual path is the one you choose for yourse...

Eat your banana everyday (!!) ... but according to Ayurveda, they do not go with milk or any other fruit ... fruit is best by itself ... :wink:.
