Re: Dealing with Loss of a Lokik Family Member
Is the death of a 'lokik' member of the family seen to be of lesser importance by a pukka BK? As far as I am concerned the answer is no and, in my opinion, someone who interprets Gyan in this way is, to put it in BK terms, under the influence of the evil spirit of "insanity" . I had been ...

Re: You can now be woken up for Amrit Vela
Do you think that the purpose of study and knowledge is to learn to be kind to oneself and others? It may not be for everyone but it definitely is for me and I must say that whether it is God or not teaching, and whatever flaws and discrepancies there are in the knowledge, it surely helped me treme...

Re: Actor talks about leaving a cultic religion
Brahma Kumaris founder Lekhraj Kirpalani defined Shudra as a common, everyday garden-variety human ... He thinks he is a body. [He] doesn't know he's a soul, etc. He is not acting soul-conscious at all. Did you make this up ex-l or did you copy it from a BKWSU document? So far I watched part 1 and ...

Re: The Preordained War of Mahabharata (now in Hindi & English)
Dadi Ganga was introduced to the class during one of my visits to Madhuban. That must have been 10 years ago or so. I do not know if she is still alive.
She told us a bit of the history of her early days and that she used to cry a lot because her family would not allow her to attend the classes.

Re: Falling
I do not really know what is happening to you Sakaash but I imagine it could be related to what you were going through when you introduced yourself on the Forum a few months ago. Let me just share something that helped me a lot to steer my boat through the fog. Baba often says in the Murlis that it ...

Re: Raksha Bhandan
Just like Yogi 108 I always liked the Rakhi ceremony.
I had my Rakhi tied by Dadi Janki once, with Jayanti and Sudesh giving toli and blessing, once by Dadi Ratan Mohini and countless times by New York Mohini but my best experiences were when I got it tied by simple "non-celebrity" sisters.

Re: BKWSU (UK) appoints legal representation
We are not who we say we are. We are what we do and what we did. This is as true of ourselves as individuals as it is of ourselves as institutions. It is as true of me as it is the so-called and numinous BKWSU. What I am doing here is offering the BKWSU a chance to prove its ethics in public. What ...

I am sure this is why the BKWSU puts so much effort in trying to "serve" the politicians ...Singh spoke not wrote:But the politicians are greater dacoits and do not have that morality.

Re: Enjoy sport
Just to let you know that the hike was great. We walked 12 miles, climbed 4,100 feet to the top of the highest mountain in the area. The weather was cool, nice and sunny. There was a fire tower on the mountain top and from the top of the tower we had a superb view 360 degrees around. And we met wond...

I am going for a long hike in the mountains tomorrow with an ex-BK friend. Wah the mountains Wah! I also like swimming and ice skating but I do not so much like swimming pools and skating rings. I like to do these activities in nature, in the wilderness. Anyone has experienced skating on a 5 miles l...

Interesting that they released this Murli as they are preparing to celebrate Dadi Prakashmani's first death anniversary.
