If one keeps on failing repeatedly in the shooting period, then one cannot be expected to pass in the final examination.

If one can(those who are keep on failing) try his level best can make just pass (one think is he can get the number least which is comes under third class)

I have some clarification regarding Sakar Part of Brahma (upto 1969) , Shankar part (upto 2002) was done by the Supreme from time to time.

As la ay man i can say Supreme (Shiv) act as Adhi shakti (mata) and pita, that is why in sasatra's says" Thumaiva mathacha pita thumaiva"
Hence practicaly mata and pita sath sath rehana chahiye where supreme will do his part as lakhminarayna.
