Re: Karma
Let's face it, whatever answer anyone gives, you're not going to turn round and say, "that's it. Oh, joy" because we don't have that privilege of sitting outside of the cosmos and watching which soul goes where ... a better subject to be covered would be faith because faith is vibrations o...

Re: Karma
Not all souls have 84 births right ? Let's forget the 84 births and assume a soul has one birth. How does it get decided that this soul is born in a rich family, or a poor family, gets born as a white, black, caste, no caste, male or female etc ? Any BK Gyan on 1 birth ? How does karma get resolved...

Re: Karma
OK, example, 'serial killer of many children in 2008'. How does the "Law" of Karma handle that one? There is not enough time for them to reincarnate as many times to be killed themselves, is there? Any takers from the BK side? Supposing a degraded soul has a massive heart failure, its qui...

Re: Power of thought?
Can anyone offer a failsafe, reproducible experiment of powerful thought (i.e. 'do this' and 'that will happen' every time Yes, take 20 people and one by one drive them in a car whose doors are welded shut at 70 mph into a brick wall and every one of the 20 will have the thought to protect their he...

Re: Karma
You see, I am not arguing against this type of thinking. I am just asking "how?". OK, we have this faith, even though it is not really documented or explained anywhere in the Murlis ... so now would someone please explain the mechanism and medium through which it works and substantiate in...

Re: Karma
I understand what your reasoning is here, but it does not explain how karma exists in a perfect Golden Age. If the vices were dormant in the soul, then the first action in the Golden Age is one of vice, otherwise the Law of Karma cannot be triggered. There doesn't need to be a bad karma to trigger ...

Re: Karma
When we perform actions we use virtues in those actions ... we express both things what we are and what we have ... it is in the sub-conscious mind stored, yes, like petrol. You can only get as much petrol from the tank as you put in ... once the virtues have become weak, we start our quest to think...

Re: Karma
What I am asking is where did the first bad deed come from if The Cycle starts out perfect. How did the Law of Karma kick off ? Let's go right back to the beginning of The Cycle, not at this point in time during this year 4972 or so, but to the original source of what is karma. i.e the first action...

Re: Karma
(b) okay, let's assume there is a perfect first frame of paradise on earth. A frozen shot for a split second (i.e press the pause button and the world stops spinning on its axis for a split second). Have you bit of fun vision and imagination. Yes, it is that wonderful. You deserve it after all. Now...

Re: Karma
For me it seems that the majority of human beings, when adorning themself with a title of some description, cease to think about the qualifications needed to be a good ... Just as in the case of a bk. Or if ever I think of myself as a good teacher or mother ,,, then the danger is that I do not look ...

Re: Karma
But ex-l not all BKs are staying BKs because of fear of leaving as well you know. The experiences that soul-consciousness provides is far greater than anything that humans have to offer. If its supression we will see but even people who have never meditated before like becoming aware of themselves a...

Re: Karma Philosophy made Simple
The Prajapati Brahma-Kumaris were, in essence, in the wrong. Lekhraj Kirpalani broke not just families apart but also a community ... using primarily his money power. (His "competition", Saddhu Vaswani whose work for women and girls pre-dated Lekhraj Kirpalani's, did not need to 'buy' his...

Re: Karma Philosophy made Simple
In answer to Topic no 1; surely to call a spade a spade is a virtue and a charity to others. There is no sin in point out the true. I would say in the old days, BKs did. I guess to the rank and file BKs, they still do. I am not sure about the middling and leadership. They appear to me to have adopt...

Re: Do BKs treat agyanis (non-BKs) as Shudras?
As I understand it, a bk is one who believes it is the Supreme Soul that is teaching and, therefore, believes everything he says is true. But, further more, the moment I think negatively or wastefully about others, I am not a brahmin but a Shudra. I think the majority of us so-called BKs are for lar...
